ACRYLIC SURFACES- P99 Non Glare or Optically Clear Gloss

It has long been thought that non glare finish kills the image vibrancy and POP.  LUMACHROME is very contrasty and looks exceptional under P99 non glare Acrylic. Soft subtle tones and portraits all excell with this surface as the sublties have no competition with reflections to obscure them.

P99 also excells in areas with lots of windows and ambient glare when coupled with the LUMACHROME process.

Optically Clear Glossy Acrylic is the detail, contrast and 3D champion when used in gallery conditions or conditions where maximum POP is required. The Optically Clear gives you that "Walk Into The Frame" 3D look that must be seen to be appreciated.

We offer several levels of finish packages to suit your tastes for contemporary Recessed / Floating mounts.

The LUMACHROME print is an enhanced archival process that accounts for all variables relating to archival longevity and image quality.  We carefully select materials and processes for the best performance. Every detal from adhesives to backing options are considered:

• Our Silicone Acrylic adhesive used to adhere the image to the Acrylic is carefully selected for PH balance and exhibits UV filtering properties as well as extreme clarity.
• We use inert materials that do not outgas acid over time .  We use Acrylic or Komatex backing material. Acrylic is the best food grade inert material available.

We have tested both UF-4 and UF-3 (OP3) Acrylic and have found that the  95% UV rejection  UF-4 is has VASTLY superior clarity compared to the 98% UF-3 (OP3)  which reduces more visible light and reccommend to all of our clients the UF-4 for it's superior, intense clarity.
